Our Founder Chairman, late Mr. Saif Salim Essa Al Harasi was an eminent visionary, who at a very young age had the opportunity to imbibe training at various levels at the Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). He contributed 25 years of his valuable services before taking his retirement as Head of Computer Operations. He had the vision and foresight to envisage the economic development and business opportunities in Oman. He belonged to a respectable Omani business family and had always been appreciated for his seasoned business outlook.
Mr. George M. Thomas spent few years in executive positions with some of the leading corporate houses in India where he gained substantial exposure to various aspects of management prior to venturing out into the Middle East to pursue his dream of making a mark in the landscape of the country. In keeping with this, he has spent over two decades in establishing and nurturing this company and the Group companies and is mainly responsible for the esteemed status the company enjoys in the construction contracting industry of Oman.
Mr. Sojan Varghese is a young business leader, successfully steering Saif Salim Essa Al Harasi & Co. LLC towards its next phase of growth and development.
An alumnus of the prestigious Durham Business School, he overlooks the operations and future plans of the group from end to end. He is actively involved in making strategic changes in the growth pattern of the company, implementing new systems and processes, developing and sustaining client relationships and overall expansion of operations.
His earlier assignments included engineering and management roles in large Corporates namely Godrej and Boyce, Carrier and Dorma.
